FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Clarity on our services, process, and what to expect when working together.

What does Reality Saving actually do? +

Reality Saving is a financial strategy and budget advisory practice. We build structured budgeting systems and financial plans for early-stage businesses and working professionals — focusing on clarity, decision-making, and long-term stability rather than one-off budgets.

How is this different from a typical financial advisor or accountant? +

Most advisors focus on investments or tax filing. Reality Saving focuses on the systems behind your money — the budget, the cash flow, the decision framework. The goal isn't a one-time spreadsheet; it's a structure you can maintain and trust.

Who do you typically work with? +

On the business side: early-stage companies operating under 10 years, with 1–10 employees and revenue between $50k and $150k. We specialize in nonprofits, travel companies, and event management — but work with any small business that fits the profile.

On the personal side: working women earning $50k+ who want a clearer system around saving, spending, and long-term planning.

What does an engagement look like? +

Every engagement follows a four-step structure: Diagnose (deep dive into your numbers), Design (build a structured plan), Implement (guided execution), and Monitor (strategic adjustments). For business clients, this includes a written action summary and several strategy sessions.

How much do your services cost? +

The Personal Financial Reset is $149 and includes a budget framework, financial clarity worksheet, and a written action plan.

The Business Financial Clarity Intensive is $1,599 and includes a revenue and expense deep dive, a 6-month projection, hiring feasibility assessment, three strategy sessions, and a written action summary. Ongoing advisory support is available after the intensive.

How do we get started? +

Book a complimentary Strategy Call through the Contact page. We'll talk through your situation, decide if there's a fit, and outline the right starting point. After the call, you'll receive an intake form and clear next steps.
